Just a few days away, Chinese New Year will be celebrated around the world. Be prepared for lots of traditional delicacies, cookies and perennial favourites to be served. Especially in Asia, celebrations are HUGE – especially with food. Uncontrolled food intake will lead to unnecessary weight gain.

Here, we share some of the most-loved delicacies, what their nutritional value is and serving size.

Love Letters: A traditional treat that leaves you feeling addicted. Made from eggs, sugar, flour and water or coconut milk. High in sugar and fat content.   2 Pieces (26g)112 Calories : 9.9g of Sugar, 2.1g of Fat
