Personal Training For Everyone

Whatever your goal is, we will design a program to achieve it.

First we’ll take you through a fitness assessment to establish your current fitness level, and a set of questionnaires which will give us a comprehensive understanding of your current health condition and to get to know you better. No two programs are the same as each individual has a different goal. Your program constantly changes to make it fun, challenging and motivational. We do an interim assessment to make sure we’re on the right track to achieving your results. We also have a dietitian on board that will give you advise on how you can improve your health with your food choices.

At GetActive we offer one-to-one training – this involves one trainer and one client. However if you are someone who likes to train with a friend or your partner, and have similar fitness goals and fitness level, we also offerpartner training which is one trainer and two clients.
